The supplied amenities were very top notch including the pajamas. separate rooms exist for the toilet and shower. The hall and changing area was separate from the sleeping space

Good Stay in a Charming City

I enjoyed the happy hour on the 14th floor SO much. The balcony provided fine views! The room was spacious and the onsen was very CLEAN. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a modern, new feeling.

I noticed there were limited options for those with food allergies or intolerances. There were no non-lactose options available at breakfast, disappointing.

breakfast messsewer smell

the breakfast setup was a mess, things weren't organized well at all. plus, i wanted to use my own cup, and the breakfast person insisted i use a disposable one. made no sense. also, the funky sewer smell from the bathroom was really off-putting. really annoying.
